[Hotel facilities]

Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: There is a surface parking lot behind the hotel that can accommodate 47 cars.Parking is available only to guests staying at our hotel, at a rate of 1,500 yen per night for 24 hours.

In addition, if you use the restaurant, one hour is free for every 5,000 yen you spend, and for non-guest use, 500 yen per 30 minutes. *The hotel does not accept advance reservations.

Q: Are there any smoking areas?
A: It is located behind the hotel (1st floor).
*The entire building is non-smoking.

Q: Is there a curfew?
A: Nothing in particular. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. However, for security reasons, the automatic front door is locked from 1:00 am to 5:00 am the following morning. You can unlock it from the door at the back of the hotel using your room key card.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation for the shuttle bus?
A: We do not accept reservations. Depending on the time of day, we may not be able to accommodate you due to over-capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Are there baby cribs?
A: As we have limited stock, we rent them out on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use them.

Q: How many people can stay in a room?
A: King size beds can accommodate one person, and twin size beds can accommodate two people. Extra beds are not available.

Q: Is there an accommodation fee if I stay with a child?
A: Children aged 12 and under can stay for free if using existing bedding.

Q: Are there triple rooms?
A: No. If you are staying with three people, you will need to reserve two rooms.

Q: Are there connecting rooms?
A: Numbers are limited, so please contact us if you are interested.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00
*This may vary depending on your accommodation plan.

Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A: We will keep it at the front desk. (Valuables excluded)

Q: Are there laundry services or coin laundry facilities?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a coin laundry or laundry service.
There is a coin laundry located a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Q: Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
A: When sending your luggage, please make sure that your name and the dates of your stay are visible when you make the reservation.
If you contact the hotel before sending your luggage, we can ensure a smooth delivery upon your arrival.

Q: Can I ship luggage from the hotel?
A: Yes, we can. We also provide the necessary packaging materials for shipping (some of which require an additional fee), so please feel free to contact us.
