[Hotel facilities]

 

Q: Is there parking available?

A: There is a 47-car parking lot behind the hotel. This parking lot is available only to guests staying at the hotel, and costs 1,500 yen per night for 24 hours. In addition, if you use the restaurant, you will receive one hour free for every 5,000 yen you spend, and for non-guests, it costs 500 yen for 30 minutes. *The hotel does not accept advance reservations.

 

Q: Are there any smoking areas?

A: It is located behind the hotel (1st floor). *The entire building is non-smoking.

 

Q: Is there a curfew?

A: Nothing in particular. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. However, for security reasons, the automatic front door is locked from 1:00 am to 5:00 am the following morning. You can unlock it from the door at the back of the hotel using your room card key.

 

Q: Do I need to make a reservation for the shuttle bus?

A: We do not accept reservations. Depending on the time of day, we may not be able to accommodate you due to the bus being over capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Are there baby cribs available?

A: As we have limited stock, we rent items on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us in advance to let us know that you would like to use the equipment.

 

Q: How many people can stay in a room?

A: Both king and twin rooms can accommodate up to one person sharing a bed. Extra beds are not available.

 

Q: Is there an accommodation fee if I stay with children?

A: Children under 12 years old can stay for free if they use existing beds.

 

Q: Are there triple rooms?

A: No. If you are staying with three people, you will need to reserve two rooms.

 

Q: Are there connecting rooms?

A: There are limited numbers available, so please contact us if you are interested.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. *This may vary depending on the accommodation plan you choose.

 

Q: Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: We will keep your belongings at the front desk (excluding valuables).

Q: Are there laundry services or coin laundry facilities?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a coin laundry or laundry service, but there is a coin laundry located a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

 

Q: Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

A: When sending your luggage, please make sure that your name and the date of your stay are clearly visible. If you contact the hotel when you send your luggage, we can smoothly deliver it to you upon your arrival.

 

Q: Can I ship luggage from the hotel?

A: Yes, we can. We also provide the necessary packaging materials for shipping (some of which require an additional fee), so please feel free to contact us.
